A judge ruling will allow Indiana
House Democrats to be reimbursed for the fines they paid during their walk-outs in an attempt to block the right-to-work bill.
Monday, a Marion County judge ordered
House Republicans to pay back the fines against the Democrats last year and the $1,000-a-day fines placed upon them this year.
The Democrats boycotted the House for five weeks last year and eight days this year, all to block the right-to-work bill from being passed.
Attorney General Greg Zoeller said the state will ask the judge to review the ruling.
