Downtown Indianapolis is where the big game will play out, but other cities, from Bloomington to Muncie, are playing host to Super Celebrations.
The Super Bowl Host Committee designated 20 Super Celebration Sites, including Zionsville, Broad Ripple Village, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Shelbyville and Columbus.
"Part of the application process was we had to guarantee we would provide an art component, a family component and a food componenet. So, we have fabulous events that fall under those three categories," said Valeria Swack, co-chair of the ZBowl 2012 Committee.
Zionsville is calling the week leading up to the Super Bowl ZBowl 2012. The festival will include a synthetic ice rink and toboggan run with manufactured snow in Lion's Park.
There will also be a music concert bringing up Indie Rock musicians from Nashville.
For one of the performers, it's a homecoming.
"My family, when we moved to Zionsville, one of the things we loved about it is it's very community and family-oriented," said Keegan DeWitt, who's dad still lives in Zionsville and is organizing the concert.
"This is Zionsville's chance to get a little indie rock music from Nashville," said Ed DeWitt, Keegan's father.
Keegan's brother-in-law will also be performing with his band Roman Candle.
Another key feature of ZBowl is being part of the Super Bowl Host Committee's transportation plan. Free buses will run between downtown Zionsville and downtown Indianapolis Thursday through Saturday during Super Bowl week.
"You can come up here, park and shop and check out Zionsville and then hop on a bus downtown," said Swack.
