The date for the initial court appearance in Indiana for troubled financier Tim Durham has been set for April 6th. Right now, Durham is out on a $1 million bond.

Durham is accused of defrauding 5,000 people out of millions of dollars. He was arrested at his California home last week. As part of his agreement, he must now move back to Indiana, where he will be under home detention.
