Indiana financier Tim Durham was released on $1 million bond at his detention hearing in Los Angeles Monday.
Judge Victor B. Kenton ordered Durham to appear in federal court in Indianapolis on or before April 4. The actual court appearance date will be set by a judge in Indianapolis, though.

As part of his release, Durham has agreed to set up residency in Indianapolis. That residency must be approved by pre-trial services in Indianapolis.
Durham will be subject to home detention with electronic monitoring.
