( Red Huber, Orlando Sentinel / October 21, 2011 ) Attorney Mark NeJame, right, confers with his client Timothy Davis Sr., during his bond hearing on Friday. The retired Orlando police officer who prosecutors say shot and killed his 22-year-old son, will get to leave jail after posting a bond. Circuit Judge Jenifer M. Davis granted a $100,000 bond for Davis, but said he can't have firearms in his Apopka home and he must be confined to the home with an ankle monitor. |
