Recondall Wiggins, of Miami, appears in court. Wiggins faced first degree murder and robery charges in the shooting death of German tourist Uwe-Wilhem Rakebrand. The 33 year old Rakebrand had just rented a car with his wife at the Miami International Airport when his car was hit from behind by a truck and he was shot to death after failing to stop his vehicle.
