The game between the South Bend Silver Hawks and the Peoria Chiefs, scheduled for Monday at 1 p.m. in Peoria, Ill., has been canceled because of rain.

The game will not be made up because the two teams are not scheduled to play each other again in the first half of the season, according to a press release from the Silver Hawks organization.

The Silver Hawks are at home next against the Beloit Snappers on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
