Sioux Falls O'Gorman graduate Larry Jacobson has earned the 2012 Bronko Nagurski Legends Award.
The All-American and the nation's top college interior lineman in 1971 (Outland Trophy) will pick up his award Dec. 3 in Charlotte, N.C. Jacobson led Nebraska to back-to-back national titles in 1970 and 1971.
The award recognizes outstanding defensive football players from the past 40 years. Last year's winner was former NFL star Jack Youngblood.
