  •  Former South Dakota State three-year starter and two-time all-conference offensive tackle Greg Miller died of natural causes on Thursday at the age of 57 at his Nebraska home in Grand Island. The Mitchell native was serving as the player personnel director the Omaha Nighthawks of the United Football League. Before that, Miller spent 13 years scouting the Great Plains area for the Denver Broncos.
