Former Notre Dame safety David Bruton was drafted in the 4th round of the NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos.

With his size and speed(6-foot-2 inches, 210 pounds), Bruton projects well by most NFL scouts.

He will almost certainly get a chance to make an immediate impact on special teams.

It was on special teams that Bruton made his mark early on at Notre Dame, as a gunner on coverage teams, before maturing into a staple on the Irish defense, and team captain his senior year.
