Plymouth basketball takes sectional title

The Pilgrims boys basketball team beat New Prairie 62-33 Monday night in the Class 3-A Plymouth sectional championship game.

Three turnovers in the first minute of the second quarter turned a 15-15 tie into a 21-15 Plymouth lead and opened the door for the Pilgrims boys basketball team to roll over New Prairie 62-33 Monday night in the Class 3-A Plymouth sectional championship game.

Randy Davis scored 28 points to lead 20-3 Plymouth to the Plymouth Regional Saturday at about noon against Hammond Clark.
