Weis responds to Clausen Internet pictures

NOTRE DAME — Charlie Weis reacted in a short-and-sweet manner to the recent pictures published on the Internet of QB Jimmy Clausen and teammates in the presence of alcohol.

"I'm going to answer that in two sentences. First of all, I think the obvious thing, on a serious note, I think it's important that I don't condone underage drinking," Weis began.

"I think that's important to say. But that being said, and no sarcastic moment really meant to be, but give me a break. Let's move on on," finished Weis on the matter.

Clausen was also pressed for a reaction on the incident, but declined any answer saying his coach had spoken about it enough.
