MISHAWAKA -- Sam Mook needs your help, Michiana! Friday is the last day to help vote him the winner of the Cubs' "7th Inning Stretch Competition!"

The winner of the competition will get to lead the 7th Inning Stretch at Wrigley Field.

Mook, a Mishawaka resident, outlasted thousands of entrants and is now part of the final 10. He'll find out Monday before the game against the Houston Astros whether he's the winner.

That's where you come in. Click the link in the Related Content box to go to Cubs.com and vote for Sam.

Sam is a die-hard Cubs fan and would have the chance to live out a boyhood dream.

IT's good people who make their dreams come true...If my dream is to sing the stretch at wrigley then I'm going to do just about everything I can to make that dream come true. I appreciate all the positive feedback and the support from WSBT and the commmunity. The unfair part is those who dont make efforts to reach for their dreams.

In order to reach one's goals you need to learn that you help others along the way.You sound like a child who has not learned to look past yourself.

I have dreams too. Will WSBT rally the community to help with my dreams? This is so unfair!
