SOUTH BEND --- Thinking of all the memories delivered over the last three years, Skylar Diggins and the Washington Panther girls basketball team gave their fans one more to relish Thursday night by drubbing Benton Harbor on Senior Night, 75-38.

Diggins led the way with a 31-point performance fitting for her final game at the Great Western Forum. The All-American will be playing in front of the hometowners next year at Notre Dame, but the focus for now is on making it back to the State Finals.

And the Panthers sure showed that they are a good bet to do just that. Everyone got in the act, including fellow seniors Jasmine Watson, Takoia Larry, Alandrea Pfeifer-Nailon, Jazmine Waton, Rakeesha Lane, and Karis Phillips.

Illinois-bound playmaker Destiny Williams paced the Lady Tigers with 26 hard-fought points.

Washington finishes the regular season 21-0 and wil now wait for Sectionals to begin the week of 2/9. The Panthers got the bye, and will play either Penn or Adams.
