GRANGER - Penn high school senior center Gabe Miller has been invited to play in the prestigious Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl.
"It's a great honor to have been chosen to play in the Semper Fidelis Bowl," Miller said Monday evening.
"I have been working extremely hard at long snapping. It's also a great honor to represent my family, Penn High School, Nebraska and (Gabe's long snapping coach) Chris Rubio."
Miller has committed to play college football at Nebraska. The Huskers recruited Gabe to long snap.
Miller and the Penn Kingsmen opened up the season with a 35-28 win over Valparaiso last week.
Former South Bend Washington receiver Gehrig Dieter was invited to the All-American Bowl in 2012, but did not play due to an injury.
