PISCATAWAY, N.J. (AP) — Senior guard Khadijah Rushdan has suffered a mild concussion and will miss No. 13 Rutgers' game against No. 2 Notre Dame on Tuesday.

The Big East school said that Rushdan underwent standard concussion screening on Monday and was ruled out. She will be re-evaluated daily.

Rushdan was injured with 5:33 left in the first half of Rutgers' 54-36 loss at Georgetown on Sunday.

The Wilmington, Del. resident has started 40 consecutive games for the Scarlet Knights, including 21 this season. She is second in scoring, averaging 12.7 points. She also leads Rutgers with 3.6 assists per game.
