Ball State to play Michigan in 2016
The Cardinals last played in Ann Arbor on November 4th, 2006, when they almost upset the number-two team in the country by the final of 34-26.
"We are looking forward to the opportunity to have our student-athletes experience one of the most historic football stadiums in college football," Ball State athletics director Bill Scholl says. "This is a perfect fit for our scheduling philosophy as we move forward with the Ball State football program."
The Cardinals have played Michigan in football one time before with the Wolverines posting a 34-26 victory Nov. 4, 2006, in Ann Arbor, Mich.
