Charles D. West Jr., 35, Scrubgrass Road, second-degree possession of controlled substance, 365 days, concurrently with state time now serving; five counts of third-degree terroristic threatening; controlled substance prescription not in original container; and use or possession of drug paraphernalia, all dismissed. A charge of third-degree possession of controlled substance was merged.

David A. Spoonamore, Brodhead, second-degree robbery, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days, to serve 90 days, credit for three days served, remaining time probated two years, banned from JCPenney; theft by unlawful taking, dismissed.
Christopher Satterly Watts, Lawrenceburg, four counts of attempt to obtain controlled substance by fraud or false statement to practitioner, amended to facilitation, 365 days on each count, concurrently, credit for 210 days served, remaining time to run concurrently with state time now serving.
