Lay, 35, 35 Mocks Creek, failure to comply with helmet law; failure to notify Department of Transportation of address change; license to be in possession; no insurance; trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school; possession of a controlled substance prescription not in original container; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Amy Lynn Miller, 31, 285 Simpson Lane, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; trafficking in a controlled substance; possession of marijuana.
Jordan L. Miller, 19, Stanford, speeding 17 mph over limit; reckless driving; receiving stolen property less than $10,000; two counts of first-degree fleeing or evading police; second-degree disorderly conduct; and theft by unlawful taking, all sent to grand jury; and contempt of court, continued.
Daniel W. Smith, 26, 135 Hardee St., receiving stolen property less than $10,000.
Priscilla Ann Thomas, 32, 200 Walker Court, second-degree criminal possession of forged instrument.
