Thinking there must be a fire or a criminal on the loose in the neighborhood, we turned on the local news to see why a squadron of thundering helicopters was hovering before dawn today over West Rogers Park.
Was there a jailbreak? A terrible accident with injuries? No. It was so cameras could leer at the exhumation of Urooj Khan, the poisoned lottery winner, from Rosehill Cemetery and broadcast it on live television. Is there any possible way the media could be more insulting to the dignity of Mr. Khan, his family and our community?
