The May TV schedule is filled with finales, but don't think you won't have anything to watch. The Bluths are back! Yes, on May 26 Netflix with offer up all 15 episodes of the new "Arrested Development" with all the sitcom's original cast intact. Can't wait to learn what the Bluths have been up to, but they aren't the only attraction in May. Syfy will air the final five episodes of "Merlin" beginning May 3. ABC debuts a new crime drama, "Motive," and brings back "Rookie Blue," while A&E kicks off new seasons of "Longmire" and "The Glades." Over at Own, Tyler Perry gives the network its first scripted shows in "the Haves and Have Nots" and "Love Thy Neighbor." It's going to be a busy month, as you can see below. (All times are Central.)

With a straight face, the Maryland governor says the sex-and-drugs scandal at the Baltimore City Detention Center, including the alleged corruption of 13 corrections officers, is a "positive achievement." He claims his corrections secretary, Gary Maynard, established a state-federal task force to investigate the corrupting influence of the Black Guerrilla Family while some of the gang's members, including Tavon "I'm Your Daddy" White, were in the BCDC, a state-run facility.
