Sales of 5 town homes start at Dodson Square

The developer expects the five town homes to sell quickly because of their downtown location.
Dodson Square is at the southeast corner of South and Second streets, within walking distance of the Geneva Metra station.
"There is simply no other chance to own a new-construction town home in this in-demand part of town," said sales associate Nathan Amidon.
Shoppers can select from four three-level designs, each with three bedrooms upstairs and 2 1/2 baths with a finished lower level.
All floor plans have 9-foot ceilings on the main level and vaulted ceilings on the second floor. Hardwood flooring is featured throughout the first floor, and full baths have ceramic tile.
Grand opening pricing for the Aurorian and Bostonian models is $395,000. Pricing for the remaining floor plans, the Colonel and Duchess, has not been determined.
Exteriors are brick and traditional in style with stone accents.
Each home style includes a spacious living room; gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf range and SubZero refrigerator, island kitchen or breakfast bar (per plan); dining room; oak flooring on the first floor; walk-in closet in the master bedroom; balcony, bonus room, vaulted/cathedral ceilings on the second floor; two-car rear-load garage; and a garden terrace.
Sales are being conducted at ShoDeen's nearby Mill Creek office in Geneva at 0N305 N. Mill Creek Drive. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

T.J. Cachey Builders has opened a two-story model home at its Cherry Hill South development in New Lenox.
The community will feature ranch and two-story semicustom homes that provide 1,500 to 2,600 square feet of living space.
Prices will range from $206,900 to $272,900, according to builder Tom Cachey.
The decorated 2,432-square-foot Kilpatrick II model is base priced at $272,900 and has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a three-car garage.
The sales center is on the west side of Gougar Road and a half-mile south of Route 30.
The office and model are open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekends only.
