  19. Diesel fuel spills into York County stream

    Crews are on the scene of a diesel fuel spill off of the Baltimore Pike near Franklintown. Apparently a truck driver lost power steering in the vehicle and it veered off the road. The guard rail puncture the truck's fuel tanks and some 175 gallons of diesel spilled into a stream, which eventually joins the North Branch of the Codorus Creek. Crews say they have the fuel contained, and it will take a few hours to clean up.
