    Several TV networks will commemorate the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, with news specials, live coverage from Ground Zero, films and special episodes of scripted series. Many of those specials begin this week, and I've tried to list all the major anniversary programs below. I'll update the list as more are announced. Date/times are subject to change, so consult your local TV listings. All times listed are Central, and descriptions from network press releases.
