    <span style="font-family: 'Arial', 'sans-serif'; color: black;">It takes a lot to keep <strong>Simon Cowell</strong> young. In a new interview with <em>Radio Times</em>, the 53-year-old <em>X Factor</em> judge confirms all the rumors about his ridiculous daily health regime. &nbsp;Cowell admits he does hundreds of pushups a day, adding, &ldquo;I work out three or four times a week, I have Botox, take tons of vitamins and vitamin infusions &ndash; if you believe that these work, you will feel better.&rdquo; He gets his vitamins - &nbsp;B12, magnesium, and vitamin C - &nbsp;&nbsp;intravenously (he is connected to an IV for half an hour), as well as through injections from a nurse who visits him at home. &nbsp;Cowell also admits in the interview that he had a bit of a breakdown last year because of his busy schedule, but recovered simply by turning off his phone. &ldquo;It was bliss,&rdquo; he said. &ldquo;&lsquo;I went through a phase, it was probably just one unpleasant text message too many, but I thought, &lsquo;This is going off for a day.&rsquo; And then it got to two days, then a week.&rdquo;</span>
