    8-year-old Deven Jackson is recovering from a potentially life threatening disease.  In July after complaining of a sore throat following a family vacation, Deven Jackson was taken to the doctor’s office.   After seeing blood droplets under his eyes, Deven’s parents were advised to rush him to Hershey Medical Center.  He was eventually transferred to Lehigh Valley Hospital and placed on a ventilator for 6 days as spots began to cover his skin.  Jackson was ultimately diagnosed with Neisseria Meningitidis.

An autopsy is scheduled on the 3 year old boy who was found dead in a backyard swimming pool in York County.  The victim, 3 year-old Tristan Duke, was found floating in the family's in-gound pool on Friday morning along the 1800 block of Spangler Avenue in Dover Township. An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday at Lehigh Valley Hospital.
