    Richard Clark of Troop 54 in Winchester received the Boy Scouts of America Eagle Award. The Eagle Investiture took place at Trinity United Methodist Church with Assistant Scoutmaster Jim Porter presiding. Tom Young, district executive, gave the Eagle Address and Allen Buckner of the Eagle Committee gave the Eagle Charge.
