NEW YORK (KTLA) -- It was a wild scene at New York's Columbus Circle when a horse broke free from its carriage and ran through the streets.
It happened right around the evening rush hour on Thursday.
A pair of Australian tourists were tossed to the ground, as was the driver, who was taken to the hospital.
The horse ran into a parked car before it was corralled near 57th Street.
The horse, whose name is Oreo, suffered a few cuts to the mouth and was taken back to his stable.
The ASPCA will examine Oreo again before he's allowed back to work.
