LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- Reese Witherspoon is set to walk down the aisle once again.
The 34-year-old actress is engaged to Hollywood agent Jim Toth.
A representative for Witherspoon confirmed that the couple will wed and says they're "extremely happy." The engagement was first reported by Us Weekly.
Witherspoon was previously married to actor Ryan Phillippe, with whom she has two children. The pair divorced in 2008 after 7 years together.
The actress began dating 40-year-old Toth around January 2010 after splitting from actor Jake Gyllenhaal.
Witherspoon won an Oscar for her performance in "Walk the Line." She stars in the recently released comedy "How Do You Know."
Toth is an agent for Creative Artists Agency. Witherspoon is a CAA client but is represented by another agent.
