Lodi Detectives have identified a suspect in the November 16 shooting death of 20-year-old Shedley Frazier.
The suspect is 18-year-old Jorge Rodriguez.
Detectives say Rodriguez shot Frazier multiple times overnight on November 16 at Central Street and Pine Avenue.
A homicide warrant has been issued for his arrest. Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward to anyone with information leading to Rodriguez’s arrest.
