The three-course menu, to be paired with Bonny Doon Vineyard wines, will include deviled quail egg with smoked trout and a goat cheese panna cotta; English pea and tarragon soup; slow cooked poussin and brown butter roasted fennel with onion <em>soubise</em> and sweet corn; and for dessert, a caramel ganache tartlette.
