Dr. Phillips senior Bridget Blake, a three-time state cross country champion, earned third-team All-America honors by placing 15th Saturday at the Foot Locker Nationals in San Diego. She finished the five-kilometer (3.1-mile) race in 17 minutes, 56 seconds. Anna Rohrer of Mishawaka, Ind., won in 17:25. “I didn’t do so well last year,’’ said Blake, who was competing at nationals for the second year in a row. “I just knew how tough the race was going to be.’’
