Kate Upton, 19, the niece of U.S. Rep. Fred Upton, is on this year's cover. Last year, Upton was named Sports Illustrated's Rookie of the Year for her outstanding work as a Sport's Illustrated debut model. According to TMZ, some issues of the magazine were delivered early to a gas station in Michigan. The cover girl of this year's swimsuit edition was scheduled to be revealed on Monday night's "The Late Show with David Letterman." According to the Niles Daily Star, Upton's parents had no knowledge that their daughter was on the cover of the magazine until it was revealed at the taping of the Letterman show, which they were permitted to attend. Upton has also been seen in photo shoots for Guess Lingerie and on the cover of "Cosmopolitan Bride."</span>
