    Jeb Bush can fog up the picture all he wants to about his 2016 plans for a presidential run, but I’m convinced he’s already made a decision. Just look at his shifting stance on immigration. Like John McCain (who has done more about-faces on immigration than he ever executed as a naval officer), Jeb has abandoned his moderate stance on this topic in favor of pleasing the troglodytic primary-voting wing of his party.
