Tulip leaves and stems have browned and even the daffodil foliage has mostly faded and can safely be removed. Bleeding heart foliage is yellowed and ready to be cut back. Pansies may be peckish. So tidy up and fill any blanks with annuals -- you may find them on sale -- or with containers.
