    The Joffrey Ballet's Women's Board presented its seventh annual Couture & Cocktails on Sept. 28 at the new McGrath Acura dealership on North Elston Avenue. Overlooking the Chicago River, the dramatic space provided the perfect backdrop for this glamorous fashion event that attracted more than 400 attendees. The night began with partygoers parading down a red carpet that led into a cavernous space lit by pink strobe lights. Attendees perused a vintage couture auction organized by Luxury Garage Sale, and enjoyed Skinnygirl cocktails and tasty hors d'oeuvres from Phil Stefani Signature Events.
