After a night of drinking, Brett David Tobin realized he did not have his keys. So he smashed the window of Apartment 527, then took off his shoes and put down his iPhone, reports The Gainesville Sun.
His bad: The 25-year-old lives in Apartment 427, not 527.
His neighbors, who were inside at the time, didn't know him.
