    After NFL owners voted on Thursday to ratify their version of a new collective bargaining agreement, the NFLPA was still not expected to vote on the proposal on Friday.     Al Wallace joined FOX 4's sports department in May 1985, and just celebrated his Silver Anniversary with WDAF, Kansas City's oldest television station. He anchors sports on Sunday through Friday evening, reporting on sports news for Kansas City's oldest television station. His broadcasting roots started in 1978, when he began working in production at KAMC-TV in Lubbock, Texas, where he eventually became sports director. He has also been weekend sports anchor and executive sports producer for KXAS-TV in Dallas, Texas and KVBC-TV in Las Vegas, Nevada.
