  21. Bloomfield's Dwight Freeney May Leave Colts After 11 Seasons

    Bloomfield's <strong>Dwight Freeney</strong> is a free agent after 11 seasons with the Colts and he was in San Diego Thursday. But his father, Hugh, told <strong>Adam Schein</strong> on Sirius-XL radio that he would love to see his son sign with the Patriots. Freeney visited Foxborough in March, so there may be some interest. But not all of the Freeneys are sold on the Patriots. <strong>Hugh Freeney</strong> told Schein that his wife, Joy, isn't so keen on Foxborough. "They verbally abused her when she went to the game," he said. "They treat her badly. &hellip; She didn't want to go back." &hellip; Runners who didn't reach the finish line at this year's Boston Marathon are being invited back to run the race next year. One month after the race ended when bombs killed three people and injured hundreds of others at the finish line, the Boston Athletic Association announced that the 5,633 runners who were stopped on the second half of the course will be given the chance to register early for the 2014 Marathon. So runners who had passed the 13.1 mile checkpoint can register in August, a month before official registering begins.
