    Richard W. Castagna, 64, of Washington County, formerly of Jefferson Hills, died Sunday, April 7, 2013. Born July 7, 1948, in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Dominick and Genevieve Dolfi Castagna. He was the loving father of Richard Michael Castagna; brother of Susan (Lenny) Kees, Dominick (Roslyn) Castagna, Robert (Dana) Castagna, Karen Carper and Diane (Ken) Suss; also surviving are six nephews, two nieces, seven great-nephews, two great-nieces, several aunts and cousins. Loving companion of Nadine Hammond, with whom his love made a home with Dillon Hammond and McKenna Hammond. Richard was a 1966 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School. Mr. Castagna was co-owner of Cast and Baker Corp., which began in 1985. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Mr. Castagna loved riding motorcycles and supported the Wounded Warriors Project. He was a huge Penguins and Steelers fan and loved the beach. Funeral arrangements are by Beinhauer Funeral Home. Friends are welcome from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, where a blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 12. Interment will be in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Township, with full military honors. Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
