  13. J. Giles Band To Reunite For Tour

    The J. Geils Band will be reuniting for the 2012 House Party Tour, starting August 25 in Syracuse, NY. The group, featuring original members Peter Wolf (vocals), Seth Justman (Keyboards), Danny Klein (bass) and Magic Dick (harmonica), plus longtime associates Duke Levine (guitar) and Tom Arey (drums), will perform without namesake guitarist J.Geils (real name John Geils) due to the on-going legal battle over right to the use of the band&rsquo;s name. A total of nine September dates have been confirmed, with additional dates, cities and venues to be announced soon.
