    So this is not going to be a blog rehashing what I think about Kyle Busch and his speeding incident in North Carolina. I've already made my opinion on that clear in the past. And it's not going to be a blog condoning what Jerry Baxter did to Stephen Wallace in Saturday's Nationwide race. There is no place for hair pulling in NASCAR. But I can for the life of me figure out how after pleading guilty to a CRIME, one in which his drivers licence was taken away, Busch will be allowed to continue on with no punishment from NASCAR. Meanwhile Baxter, pulls a drivers hair and gets a $5,000 fine and probation for the end of the year.
