William Byrd made the trip to Lynchburg's City Stadium Friday night to face Heritage.  The Terriers got quarterback Zac Hill back in the lineup last week and knocked off Botetourt for their first playoff win in five years.

On Friday night the challenge a little tougher against the speedy Pioneers and the spread.

The Pioneers were looking to continue a stellar season.

Frankie Hickson doing his part here as he puts up a hard earned 12 yards dragging Terrier defenders with him, putting a spark in the Pioneer offense.

Later in the drive, Jayvonte Parrish found Ishanti Rosser and he bobbed and weaved his way through the Terrier secondary as the Pioneers looked to strike again.

On the next play, Parrish hooked up with Uriah Hammond, and Heritage took a 27-nothing lead as time expired in the third quarter.

The Terriers got things going on the ground as they tried to rally with a 27-yard run by Simeon Horseman, but the drive stalled out and the Pioneers strike again as Parrish and Rosser hooked up on a 45-yard pass.

Heritage went on to win big, 35-0.
