The prospect of a hard freeze kept many southwest Michigan fruit farmers up Wednesday night wondering if their fruit trees would survive. While these temperatures are normal for this time of year, &nbsp;March's too warm temps forced all fruits trees to bloom about a month ahead of schedule.</span>

While some spots have seen upwards of 10&rdquo; of snow this winter, most have seen very little. As of Monday, only 3.9&rdquo; of snow has fallen at South Bend Regional Airport. That currently ranks as the 7<sup>th</sup> least snowy December on record, and if no more snow falls by the 31<sup>st</sup>, we move up to 5<sup>th</sup>.</span>
