In response to citizens’ concerns, city officials have developed a time table for completion of Community Development Block Grant improvements to roads in the Poynterville area of Winchester. On Friday, City Manager Ed Burtner met with project engineers and contractor and Rae Jean Miller of the Winchester Urban Renewal and Community Development Agency.
John P. Graybill, senior vice president for the Clark County Bank, presented a $500 check from the bank to Jeff Hood, director of the George Rogers Clark High School band for their trip to New York City to march in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
