Democrat Executive committee meeting
The executive committee of the Clark County Democratic Party will meet at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 28 in the Clark County Public Library. All Democrats are invited to attend.
Winchester Kiwanis meeting Wednesday
The Winchester Kiwanis Club will meet at noon Wednesday at Taste of China. Sue Fleschner, coordinator for the Kentucky-Tennessee District of Kiwanis International’s Eliminate Project, will discuss the group’s efforts to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus. Mike Caudill will be program chairman.
Ballroom dance lessons begin Thursday
Ballroom dance lessons will run from 7 p.m. to 9 .m. on Thursdays, beginning Jan. 24 for eight weeks at College Park Gym. Price is $80 per couple. Call 745-3946 to register. Payment due in advance to Community Education, 24 W. Lexington Ave., Suite 220, Winchester, Ky., 40391.
Zumba location change
The location for the free Zumba class has been changed to the Wainscott Building at the corner of West Lexington Avenue and Wainscott Avenue beginning immediately.
Enter through the West Lexington Avenue entrance. The class meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 to 7 p.m. It was formerly held at College Park Gym. Classes are free during January.
