— At 5:40 Wednesday, Marilyn Bostic reported her credit card information had been used to make purchases in Pennsylvania and Texas, but she had not been to those states.

Charged
— Adam M. Dulin, 26, of 134 Monet Blvd., was charged Thursday with careless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, resisting arrest and receiving stolen property under $500.
— Benjamin Joynt, 23, of 334 Oxford Drive, was charged Thursday with alcohol intoxication in public and receiving stolen property under $500.
— Marco J. Juliano, 19, of 1 Alabama St., was charged Thursday with resisting arrest and public intoxication.
— Devoe W. Stephens, 24, of Richmond, was charged Thursday with operating on a suspended license and no or expired registration.
Reports
— At 8:14 a.m. Thursday, a man reported that his wife’s purse was stolen the previous night at Kroger.
— At 11:13 a.m. Thursday, police received a report of theft at 256 Hill St.
— At 11:37 a.m. Thursday, a man reported that a known suspect stole his phone and other items from 418 Oreo Drive.
— At 4:39 p.m. Thursday, a woman reported that she was being harrassed and her vehicle was keyed at 300 C.G. Stephenson Drive.
— At 6:27 p.m. Thursday, police received a report of credit card fraud.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Thursday, emergency personnel conducted two out of town transfers and one local transfer. They also responded to five general medical calls, three falls, two seizures, one overdose, one cardiac case and two motor vechicle accidents.

— At 5:15 p.m., provided an EMS assist for a motor vehicle accident on Combs Ferry Road.
