— Jeffrey K.¿Williams, 57, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

— At 12:12 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center concerning an assault.
— At 5:20 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 211 College St. concerning an assault. Jeffrey K.¿Williams was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
— At 10:13 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 508 College St. concerning a domestic disturbance. Robert Lewis Green was arrested and charged with violation of an EPO/DVO.
— At 3:59 p.m. Wednesday. officers were called to the Clark County Public Library concerning a Kindle Fire that was checked out but never returned.
— At 5:43 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 31 E. Washington St. concerning a theft.
— At 8:58 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Walmart concerning a theft.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 3:54 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 325 Trapp Goff’s Corner Road for an alarm sounding.
— At 10:04 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS¿personnel with a call at 404 David Lane.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, one cardiac case and one overdose.
