Charged

— Levi Dykes, 27, of 138 Autumn Court, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.

Reports

— At 5 p.m. Friday, Robert Powe of 1880 Dry Fork Road reported that someone took a set of golf clubs from his porch.

— At 1 p.m. Saturday, Rose Taylor of 102 Watercrest Way reported that someone obtained her bank information and used it to make several unauthorized purchases with her debit card.

— At 3 p.m. Friday, Danny Lawson of 541 Treehaven Drive reported that a known female took a rifle and a shotgun from his home.

— At 11 a.m. Friday, Cindy C. Gaines of 2625 Combs Ferry Road reported that someone used her credit card information to make several unauthorized purchases.

— At 1:19 p.m. Thursday, Nathan A. Hall of 107 Heather Lane reported that someone took fishing equipment from his truck.

— At 1:46 p.m. Wednesday, Stephen W. Kennedy of 2524 W. Lexington Ave. reported that someone took truck parts from his home.

Accidents

— At 6:39 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Ky. 15 in which Tom Collins of 1146 Iron Works Road was making a right turn. His vehicle was struck from behind by another vehicle, driven by Gordon Daniels of 421 Mount Vernon Road. Collins was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— At 7:26 a.m. Thursday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 in which Vitta C. Cross-Overby of Indianapolis was traveling east. She told deputies that she passed out while driving. Her car struck the concrete divider, then crossed all three lanes and struck a ditch. She and her passenger, Jamar L. Smith of Indianapolis, were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— At 4:37 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Trapp Goff's Corner Road in which Barry G. Adams of 13168 Iron Works Road lost control of his scooter in a curve. He was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

CLARK¿COUNTY¿FIRE

— At 9:24 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a fuel spill on Interstate 64 at the exit 96 off ramp.

— At 6:39 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Iron Works Road.

— At 10:03 a.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 195 Ecton Road for an alarm sounding.

— At 9:49 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a barn fire in the 2100 block of Stoner Ephesus Road. The barn was torn down previously and those responsible were advised it was illegal to burn lumber of demolition debris.

— At 2:47 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Irvine Road.

— At 5:45 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to Lexington Road near Verna Hills for a smell of natural gas. Firefighters detected a sporadic smell of gas and stood by until the gas company responded.

WINCHESTER¿FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, emergency personnel conducted two local transfers and 10 out-of-town transfers. They also responded to five general medical calls, one cardiac case, two motor vehicle accidents, three falls, five seizures, one diabetic case, two respiratory cases, one overdose, one assault and one obstetric case.
