This a quiet time on the NFL schedule as teams are off until training camp at the end of July. That's to Elkhart's benefit though as former Blazer Nate Palmer is back in town to run a youth football camp on Saturday. WSBT spoke to him at his parents' place in Elkhart on Friday. This is the 2nd year Palmer has hosted a camp at Central. It will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is open to anyone in the 3rd through 8th grades. Palmer has bounced around in his 1st 2 years. He was on the Broncos practice squad at the end of last season and is hoping to break through on the 53 man roster this year.
